Day 5 When To Wash Your Hair?

Washing your hair too often has many bad effect to your hair, but hardly washing your hair is also bad for your hair.

Washing your hair too often will make your hair dry and break, lice aslo likes clean hair. If you don’t wash your hair, your hair becomes very messy, more dandruff, knotty and this will invite other bugs to come crawl around. So the question is how many times should I be washing my hair? I usually wash my hair twice a week, but it depends on your hair type. You should not be washing your hair more than 3 times a week. You must also remember the more you wash your hair the quicker it becomes oily, and if you don’t your hair just looks ugly. So try experiment and see what your hair prefers. I still think washing your hair between one to three times a week is just perfect, no more or less than that.

Day 4 Avocado,Coconut & Castor Oil

Last night for the first time I used 3 oils and put them together for my hair (avocado, coconut and castor oil). I left it in for about 5+hours and rinsed it out. It was a mission to rinse out but using shampoo helps a lot rinsing it out. You need to make sure you rinse all the oil out, even if you think you have rinsed it properly ,rinse your hair once more , just in cause:) If it is not rinsed out properly it looks like you have very oily hair:|When my hair had air dried my hair felt amazing, it felt light, healthy, and very soft. I hate struggling in the morning doing my hair and this helped so much my didn’t feel dry at the bottom either.

Day 3

I did some research recently on how to grow your hair as quickly and as strongly as possible. I watched a couple of videos and the one that came up often was brushing your upside down for 2+mins daily or even washing your hair upside down with cold water then quickly changing it to warm water while showering. It helps growing your hair because it increase your blood flow to your head. I’ve always washed my hair upside down with cold then warm water, this is because I have very thick hair and is difficult to rinse all the products I used and also because as a child my mother always taught me that rinsing your hair with warm then cold water( or the other way round) helps grow your hair. Any way, I have been brushing my hair upside down almost on a daily basis now and has helped my hair growth. If you suffer from any neck or back problems
(if you don’t you can still do this) I would advise you to lye on your bed and put your hair on the edge of the bed and just let your hair fall over the edge and lye there for like 2+mins.(image below is what I mean)

Day 2 Rice Water

Rice Water Instructions:

If you want to use rice water you have to put the rice into a jar with a closed lid with hot-ish water and place it in a cupboard for a day. DO NOT use it if its been in the cupboard for more than a day because it will make your hair smell for a long time and if the rice has a strong disgusting smell it means its off so don’t use it.

Rice water made my hair grow so much quicker and thicker in less than a month. It helped my hair strengthen and my hair didn’t fall or break as much as it use too. Another way too help your hair growth is to maintain your stress levels and to be positive, the reason for this is it “pushes large numbers of hair follicles into a resting phase”( Mayo Clinic__
Daniel K. Hall-Flavin, M.D. ) This then causes your hair to not grow, so in other words your hair is just lazy.

Day 1 Celery Juice

For the past 20’s days now my mother and I have had a celery drink on a empty stomach in the morning and this has helped my hair grow a lot faster and feels so much healthier. My hair doesn’t feel dry at the bottom and feels softer. It hasn’t just helped with my hair ,but other things such as my bloating I have every morning. I also noticed that I have a lot more energy and helps with digesting food. It also helps with your skin and many other things with your health. If you go down below there is a girl who drank celery juice for 1 month, go see her results.
